Important Information Please Read
In order for us to run the agency effectively we need to have your help and support in keeping the following items available at all times:
* A photocopy of his/her birth certificate
* 4 passport sized photographs
* A medical certificate signed by your doctor (form enclosed in pack). Some surgeries do charge a fee for this unfortunately we are unable to reimburse parents for this. The certificate should cover your child for at least a 6 month period.
Licence Forms
The rule across the board now with councils is 7 days for a license. Most councils will be happy to do a license if they are given all the paper work 7 or more days before the job, but they do reserve the right to ask for 21 days notice(this covers them for times of annual leave etc). There is little to no leniency on these timescales and so we cannot impress enough the importance in keeping the forms up to date at home and back ups for our files. We are normally given just 8 days notice for a booking. However under certain circumstances it will be necessary for you to go to your local education authority to obtain a quick turn around for a license. Remember that failure to have the paper work ready will risk the child missing out on a booking. The certificate of health and the school license forms can also be downloaded here:

Photographs
All of your children should have now experienced working with our designated photographers. The photographs are an essential way for the agency to market your children and so therefore it is extremely important that we review each child's photo's and update our website every 12-18 months. We prefer to use our chosen photographer in order that standards are maintained to a high level.

Please keep us informed of any forthcoming holidays or commitments to maintain utmost professionalism.

Spotlight Entries
Some of you will be familiar with Spotlight and have been fortunate enough to be entered on the Buttercup pages within the Spotlight directory and website published for May 2009. It is the largest organisation for marketing child models and actors within the UK. Spotlight brings in a huge amount of acting roles and some casting directors will only look at children registered in it.
We do strongly recommend you thinking about this for your child particularly if they are interested in doing commercials, film and TV.
If you would like your child to be featured in next year's publication, then please let us know by the 1st November. All the photograph entries must be professional photographs and we are able to use the ones that we hold on file. The cost per entry is £86.00.
